January 17, 20215 yr Popular Post Safety of Thai people most important for vaccination: PM By The Nation Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has said he would not risk Thai lives by rushing to approve vaccines that have not been fully tested. .In a message on his Facebook page on Sunday, the PM refused to let Thais be guinea pigs. The PM alluded to recent news about side-effects or adverse effects from Covid-19 vaccine in some foreign countries. He said Thailand must wait to hear opinions of experts on whether the symptoms were vaccine-related, or other factors, such as certain medical conditions, physical condition, or age, including whether the rate of side-effects is acceptable? He said some countries wanted to start vaccination early, even before the efficacy and safety of the vaccine had been fully tested. "I have an important policy -- to ensure that the vaccine is safe, so it can be used for Thai people," he said. The National Vaccine Committee will advise and closely supervise the whole process, he said. Success in curbing Covid-19 can be better achieved by cooperation and implementation of various measures, especially wearing a mask at all times, frequently washing hands, and social distancing. In addition, if you want the disease control to be effective, scan the QR Code "ThaiChana" every time you are in public, and using the app "MorChana" will be very good, he said. January 18, 20215 yr Popular Post Oh pahlease... All the vaccines so far have been proven safe. Thailand isn't breaking any ground on how safe or unsafe they really are. You are doing like the rest of the world - act like what we are, dogs on a leash.
January 18, 20215 yr Popular Post Yeah, no negative data will be coming from China about its vaccine, that is certain.
January 18, 20215 yr Popular Post If he is concerned about Thai lives, he could have come up with a far better 'covid emergency cash' payment plan for all of his citizens months ago, he has the money !

If they are so concerned with the safety of the vaccine, then why didn't Thailand make their own vaccine? In a Thai lab, using thai equipment, bottled by a thai company complete with a thai logo stamped onto it. I know why, because they CANT!!!

Seems these reports have come from non-Chinese. Brazil and Indonesia. Thankfully we do not need to rely on China to tell us the truth.

I recall years back Thailand claimed to have had a cure for ebola, too. Can't recall where that ended up.

China data not finished (78%) gave it to Brazil they tested it on more people and the result was 50%.

January 18, 20215 yr Popular Post None of these vaccines have been tested to the same standard as was previously required. Previous record was 4 years and these COVID ones haven't even got 12 months behind them. Anyone that claims to know what the long term consequences are is lying. We all know China's record on health scandals very well so obviously Thais should be worried about this vaccine. Unless you're 80 years old I wouldn't even consider this until at least 100 million Chinese have taken it and then wait 12 months.
