Roi Et Immigration - moving.

Featured Replies

  • Popular Post

Roi Et Immigration are hoping to move into their new purpose built office accommodation in April.

The current office located in the Otop building, will within the next few months (hopefully April) be moving to a new purpose built facility just off Chaeng Sanit Rd, (23) behind the current Employment office.

Directions:

From Roi Et city centre take the 23 Chaeng Sanit Rd towards Maha Sarakham. Cross the ring road with Robinson's on the left and proceed to the third U-turn junction, 400 metres after passing the overhead walking bridge. (3.8 Kms from the ring road).

After U-turning back towards Roi Et city centre, travel 150 metres, then turn left directly before the Employment Office (pink building) and the new Immigration office is directly behind.

Grid coordinates.

The buffaloes don't, the aliens do.

This will not be good because the Bank where I have my account is in the middle of town.  The last 2 extensions I have been sent back to the bank 2 times.  First for missing statement and then one copy was not stamped by the bank.????  Oh well, we will just have to live with it.

You can get the letters and statements from any branch of your bank.

Robinson's probably the nearest.

Thank you for the information as I was unaware of the move.

My next 90 day is just before Songkran but as I live near the Yasothon/Roi Et border it is abit of a hike.

Any further update on the opening will be greatly appreciated.

Ample parking would be nice.

Looks like plenty of parking availability.

Photo 4 shows the car parking area in front of the building.

You can submit your 90 day reports online.

I would rather not encounter the online idiocy in dealing with so called Thailand 4.0 as I have experienced on many occasions Thailand 0.0.

I find a face to face transaction far more worthwhile ànd so do the bureacracts and I like to see the lazy ***** actually work for a living.

I went yesterday for my 90 days. Didn't see or hear anything about the upcoming move.
Guess it will still take some time.  ????

Btw As always the service was excellent. It only took a couple of minutes, including some advice concerning my extension of stay during next visit in 3 months.

I believe the new office will open from the 13 May 2021, info received from expat based in Roi Et city.
