This football season i decided to use  True ID for my english premier league coverage , not really wanting to buy the True ID box i opted to download their android app from google playstore and use it on my own android box , this worked without fault through to end of december 2020 when it had a notification on screen to update , i did the update and found i couldnt access the footy channels as before , i uninstalled the updated app and found the original apk file and reinstalled that , all good again. everytime it asked me to update after that i chose the " no thanks" option and all o.k. But this week it popped up with an update message and would not allow you to ignore it , the app wouldnt work until you did, needless to say the app has gone to <deleted> again ( pardon my french). I can can access Premier league channel 1 from the tv section but cannot access the other 4 premier league channels , you click on all channels and it takes you to a single Thai channel not a channel guide. Just want to know am i alone here with this problem ? paying for a sevice which was perfect until some numpty messed up the app software update is pissing me off no end.

Got the missus to call True , might as well been conversing with a brick wall they did absolutely naff all to help, starting to think its a ploy to have to purchase their own True ID box myself.

Anyway anyone suffering the same problem out there?

How about calling True yourself, instead of someone who probably doesn't understand much of this whole situation? They speak perfect English these days, and I'm sure they will be able to sort it out for you.
