What do you want to do with it ? is it just to get around some geo-blocking ? 

Do you want to acces blocked web sites, use home country netflix etc or do you require other aspects of a VPN..

A lot of people just seem to want a VPN. when they dont really need it

 

Opera browser will put you virtually in another location

I use Express at $8 a month to watch BBC.,ITV, Ch4 , Ch5 all the time. No limits.
