I could not agree more....COVID drew back the curtain on Trump and exposed him as unable to meet the moment when he needed to be able to unite groups and coordinate efforts instead of divide people and have tweet tantrums, to have success. For reference here is just some things I can think off the top of my head.

 

1. Just as he was getting elected North Korea was all over the news, testing rockets, making threats. Trump squashed it all with strong words and then even meeting Kim Jong-un, the first US president/world leader to do so?
    
2. Black unemployment rates were at their lowest in history prior to 2020. Whilst critics say it was a positive trend as he got into office, the fact still remains.

5. First US president in 40 years to not start a new conflict.

If trump is deluded enough to think he can win again, and his narcissism suggests he is, I can’t wait to see the ad campaigns showing rioting trump supporters attempting to overthrow the free, fair and above all democratic vote. 
 

That should be enough to remind the more rational Republicans what trump is. 
 

The qanon, white supremacists and other lunatic fringe conspiracy theorists may well not care but the majority of Republicans, I hope, do.  
 

trump is toast as a presidential candidate and it is all of his own doing.

He was not even close to his lying claim of 'best economy ever'.
