What I see on Thaivisa and social media and hear from people all around me is an OBSESSION with case statistics bordering on a morbid fascination. There is genuine very real fear out there. I believe that some perspective should be placed on this and that is what I am doing.

What we don't see on social media is renowned doctors reports of alternative treatments. Presentations on Ivermectin to the USA senate and available on Utube were taken down. Since then a few more brave doctors have spoken about Ivermectin, Dr Tenpenny can be Googled, as can many others.

All the vaccines available at the moment are under emergency use regulations. Denmark has stopped a role out of one of them..

Another is facing scrutiny for blood clots, so two now with the same problem. Still the benefits outweigh the risk. Only time will tell this story, and we are still under the emergency use regulations waiting for time to tell us its story.

They should  close the shopping malls NOW, but we do know that their owners are "very well connected"so I doubt will happen

Try a phone call to CP group they own 7/11 and Tesco, they may throw some light on your argument.

Some don't get it.  Just compare this to the flu or road deaths.

Some people don't get it. They think traffic accident and seasonal influenza fatality statistics are comparable.

All death's are comparable..... Look up the figures for malria, dengue, TB and Aids, then you'll see a comparable death rate........  C19 is small potatoes in Thailand......

Another loop hole closed, so the satanic alcohol can not propagate the virus ????‍♂️

drinking alcohol seemed to be a social thing for large Thai gathering.

"Can't leave until the bottle is empty" syndrome. According to the govt, Banning alcohol will reduce the Thai gatherings

it has nothing to do with the effect on the virus

Thailand has vaccinated less than 0.4% of its population, trailing neighbours including Malaysia, with 1.5%, and 14.6% in Singapore, a Reuters estimate found.

The government's main vaccination strategy relies on locally-produced AstraZeneca shots, which are expected to start being delivered in June, with the aim of inoculating half of the adult population by the end of the year.

There is one of the answers to the million dollar question.

Thailand did not want to pay for a "foreigner" vaccine.  Until they can produce it in Thailand (and control the bribes), vaccines aren't going to happen.

Did anyone see the article that said the government is allowing private hospitals to begin importing vaccines?  ... PROVIDED for every 3 vaccines they imported, they give one to the government??

It seems that production of vaccine would be adequate if third parties are allowed to copy vacine i believe it is called generic vaccine production. However by way of lobbying ect ect the production of vaccines is being restricted to pfier ect

When Australia had Covid 19 bottle shops remained open as they are considered an essential service.  Australia now has zero locally transmitted cases.
