keep us all updated - I'm guessing you won't

I don't get it. Thailand had tried exploiting it's domestic tourism as much as possible - apparently to no avail.

Thailand is demanding quarantine from outside Thailand. The borders are shut, Chinese are not coming, EU countries not coming, India is committing suicide with mass gatherings and will be banned, I doubt Americans or UK will come in numbers until no quarantine.

So, exactly who is going to revive the tourism business ?

Burmese?

As an aid to reviving tourism at some later stage, a complete clean out of TAT management would be a good starting point, currently a team of oxygen thieves.

May of which year?

Is there a factory in Thailand that produces TAT idiots? Although he could be right if all tourists follow government advice and "work" or rather "tour from home" ! You can go to some wonderful places on your computer ????????????

Optimistically if disease control measures are effective as public health authorities expect, tourism can start to improve in May at the soonest, he said.

A comprehensive vaccine programme would be more effective, but that ain't going to happen until a certain favoured manufacturer starts to produce something.

And here I thought the tough COVID measures were the very thing preventing tourism.

Coupled to a lack of vaccinations.

Why do they keep coming out with measures starting in May to revive the tourism sector

Let's get this month out of the way first see how the Corivirus numbers  do

If the numbers stay up as I suspect they will could be further restrictions in May

The only thing that’s going to revive tourism is a solid comprehensive vaccine program with a good vaccine not Chinese or homemade

Behave yourself TAT, yesterday you told us you were going to be working from home for the next few weeks.

I had my hopes up for a break from your incessant drivel.

This shows again that it doesn't matter at all where these clowns are working from. Home or office outcome same . Better to delete this whole TAT thing and just let individuals come up with ideas from wherever they are . Would safe tons of money as well i think . And there are many other joke government institutes like this that can be closed and done by individuals from home or wherever they are .

That has to be it!  Wealthy Burmese Generals on Sexy Tour, in Travel bubbles!

TAT = TALK AND TALK in other words these ???? are full of BS

My Missus showed me something in Thai on her Phone this Morning.

Some kind of report on Infections in and around Pattaya.

Pretty much, there have been Infections found yesterday all over the Pattaya area. from Na Jomtien to Naklua and Siam Country Club to Hua Yai.

They dont appear to be major clusters, but up to 10 people from a single venue, whether a BBQ place or Shop Etc

Kind of tells me that the latest Outbreak is fairly widespread and rampant, and is going to be difficult, if not impossible to shut down using track and trace tactics.

The numbers now infected ( reported ) are far too many for this to be an efficient method of control.

Dream on TAT
