Manager reported that two more policemen at the Pattaya City station had tested positive for Covid-19.

This followed the infection found in a lieutenant colonel on April 17th.

Lt-Col is one step under the  station chief who has the rank of colonel.

The latest cases were senior sergeant majors called Narong and Banjop.

They are in hospitals in Bang Lamung and Sriracha.

In addition 16 officers who had contact with them are now in 14 day quarantine.

"16 officers who had contacted with them " are now in quarantine but I wonder how many members of the general public had contact or within close proximity with those sixteen whilst they were performing their rackets ?

absolutely correct

anyone who has been in close contact with police recently need take precautions, police could now be classed as spreaders since 10 days ago or longer

all police and medical staff and support staff should have been at the top of any vaccination program but instead hotel staff and those involved in tourism in Phuket got preference, this is now well and truly out of control with very poor decisions being made from the very top, we have unvaccinated possibly infected cops interfacing with the public across Pattaya City

The media are suggesting that the majority of cases in Bangkok have been caught/spread by people who have frequented entertainment venues, could the same possibly be said of the infected MiB?

I bet no one is investigating/following up their movements!
