Channa Iamsaeng held a meeting with his deputy and health officials in which it was announced that 426 people had tested positive in Rayong after 14,010 tests, reported Daily News. Five of those were in Koh Samet. Locals will still be able to come and go if they register at the port. Tourists who have booked should contact resorts for refunds or delays to their trips. April 27, 20214 yr looks like Thailand will not be opening July 1st, this is what happens when you deceive your own population with a false sense of security over the real number of cases the virus and the disease don't lie,
