Perhaps we can get the population vaccinated faster then, now only one large envelope has to be negotiated with the vaccine suppliers?

Clowns can sometimes be entertaining and amusing.

To me, it makes sense.  decisions by committee are slow.  Covid needs fast decisions.  The work will be done by the same people, but the decisions on implementation by one.
