Thai Radio in Prachuap Khiri Khan reported on a meeting chaired by provincial governor Phallop Singhasenee, district chiefs, hospital directors and others at City Hall.

The item on the agenda was the vaccine rollout in the province for those aged 60 and over and those suffering from seven medical conditions deemed to make them vulnerable from complications due to Covid-19.

The vaccinations will take place at 18 places in 8 districts from June 7th to 11th 2021.

The eight district and number of places in each are Hua Hin (7), Bang Saphan (3), Pranburi (2) Prachuap city (2) and one each in Bang Saphan Noi, Sam Roi Yod, Thap Sakae and Kuiburi.

The places in Hua Hin are branches of Hua Hin Hospital and Market Village and Bluport shopping centers.

For 18-59 year old Thai and foreigners who are not in the 60+ and high risk categories, they will be able to register for vaccination via the Mor Prom app and hospitals from May 31st.

Vaccinations for these people will be in August.

Phallop said the state put great store by the vaccine rollout and said it was both safe and important to get as many people jabbed as possible.

Hopefully vaccine doses will actually arrive. Thaivisa notes that in Pattaya today and yesterday there was disappointment when none of 20,000 doses arrived.

they shouldn't expect a big turn out if they Only have some from the Chinese donation   555

They say that the roads to hell are paved with good intentions as the case may be here...

I hope that for all concerned, the Hua Hin Vaccine roll out has more success that Pattaya,s roll out had.

Only 2 people showed up, and there were not even enough vaccines for those.

Great for the Thai people if it happens, not so good for those of us without a Thai ID and shielding due to health conditions

Now it can only be Sinovac... after June/July include AZ.
That's the only two choices in Thailand.
Talk of Moderna/Pfizer etc are going on sale from hospitals later when available to those who wish to PAY for an alternative.
