I think it was only "announced" for Bangkok and after the one news item nothing more was said. No idea if it ever actually got implemented.

Just be careful, since the vaccine contains alcohol as preservative, they won't sell it to you between 2 and 5 PM.....????

My friend the school teacher who help me get my yellow book.  I asked her if she was joking she said no! She can joke anyways so I guess it true. 

You can also do it with telephone companies. I tried with AIS, simple system until you come to the bit that says "THAI ONLY". 

 

I'll register at 7-11 for the vac same time I do my 90 day report.

Imagining the scene at a 7/11 with seven customers queued to pay, and someone comes in to ask about registering for the vaccine. All six clerks stop what they're doing and join the conversation about how to do a vaccine registration. Finally, with lengthy upselling on a vaccine, and various promotions...

 

Two hours later...

in my house with thai wife   and over 65   i was offered the vac with her in one month from the local leader/health  ...   of course if nothing changes   .. vac brand unknown

I just did it. October 2021 Thonburi hospital chain has order the moderna after receiving government approval they accept it in October.

I looked at that it's 2k a shot then up to 500 a time for the Dr, so around 5k. I thought the government said it would be 3k!

I'm not holding my breath, but believe a some point even us slags will be offered a chance. Next time they'll be demanding a brand (or tattoo) across some visible part of your body to prove your compliance. (Maybe like a scarlet 'S')
