Just when you thought the process for foreigners in Thailand to register for a COVID-19 vaccine online could not get any more shambolic, the website used for registrations was abruptly taken offline on Monday due a purported data breach.

Thai PM vows to complete his term in office despite daily calls for his resignation

Nearly 7,000 organisations apply for Sinopharm vaccine on first day of registration

6,938 public, private and civil organisations registered for China’s state-owned Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine for more than 3.18 million people on Monday, the first day of online registration.

Phuket drug mule arrested with 2kg of ‘ice’, more than 5,000 meth pills

PHUKET: Border Patrol Police have arrested a man who was found in possession of nearly two kilogrammes of crystal meth (ya ice) and more than 5,500 pills of methamphetamine (ya bah) after making a drop-off in front of the Premium Outlet store on the bypass road.

Indonesian fisherman rescued by Phuket fishing boat after nine days adrift

PHUKET: An Indonesian fisherman was rescued by a local fishing boat and taken to Vachira Phuket Hospital in Phuket Town on Sunday (June 13) after he was adrift at sea in a small boat for nine days after his boat engine failed.
