I applaud their entepreneurship, while simutaneously shaking my head at the sad, desperste fuxx paying to watch them online

Multimillion dollar sites are built on this live streaming stuff.  I don't get it either, but it's lucrative.

I believe there is upgrade levels with private viewing once you are in their payment system.

Still would like someone to tell me what part was illegal.

And I THOUGHT, emergency (tyranny) law states you can have up to 50 people in a gathering, up to I think 11 pm now?

As long as no alcohol.

Or do I have the wrong number?

The manager probably wouldn't have a work permit, and even if he did, it wouldn't be for his home address, it would be for the bar's address, and not for this "occupation."  So, despite being in his own home, I guess this will be the problem he faces.

I believe gatherings are restricted to 20 in deep red zones, and 50 in red zones.  From memory, Pattaya is now a red zone, so the number of 30 would be ok, but I think these streams run around the different time zones, so they are operating after 11pm.

I doubt there are any licenses to carry out business at the home address.

All of the above are small things, but enough for the police to shut it down and extort money.

People paid $237.1 million to watch this guy dance, back in the day.  ????

"The film grossed $25.9 million in its first 24 days of release and grossed an average of $600,000 a day throughout January to March[15] going on to gross $94.2 million in the United States and Canada and $237.1 million worldwide"

My guess was "time" the gatherings were was the reason to enter the house.

I'm not sure what that "gathering" number dips down to after 9 or 11pm.  But it sounds like it definitely dips.

It's not a curfew/lockdown only in name I guess.

You're wrong

Tesco and 7-11 require at least a year 15 certificate.

Things may have changed in the last rew years then, or it may vary by location, but I have seen an ad in 7/11 asking for M6 with my own eyes.

Business at the adult content and porn site OnlyFans has boomed during the pandemic, making its majority owner a new billionaire

Let alone the 1000's of entertainers making bank at the site.

Then we have the hundreds of cam sites as well. Lots of people are paying apparently.

I am not sure what the issue is ?  people pay money to go see a movie, isn't that the same thing, people pay money to subscribe to Netflix or whatever VOD subscription that floats their boat. I see no difference between paying to watch Disney+ or  "Bang my t1ts Baby" volumes 1 through 3 ? or a live stream of something similar ?

That reminds me of a bar from a friend. Sometimes I was there in the afternoon and they played some, for my taste, horrible Thai music. I asked them about it and they told me: They bar is empty, no customers. So we play what we like. Door opens, possible customers looks inside the bar, listens, and closes the door from outside. TiT.

Similar experiences in Pattaya except a few mates go into a bar that has no music so we can talk to each other.

Suddenly <deleted> loud music is coming from the speakers so we can't hear each other.

Ask the girl to turn it off and it's a "no, boss says we must have music on".

We leave and it gets turned off???

My niece earns 350bht/day working on a building site all day in the hot sun.

I'm sure she'd prefer to dance naked for a couple of hours a night sipping cocktails if given the choice, even at the same money.

OI don't really understand the police getting involved in a completely harmless operation in a private house.

It's not as if they were selling alcohol, or even prostitutes, just a bit of harmless video streaming.

Spot on !Many Falangs don't understand, many Thais consider this "work"

Lol - so many people whine on this forum about buying lady drinks (whether or not they actually contain booze) and here is a story about people buying "virtual" lady drinks !

What about "virtual" bar fines ?

Not sure where this one was filmed but I'm guessing it was somewhere similar to the one in the OP.

So how many of those knockers are OEM?

You have to feel sorry for the girls. Out of normal options for work, so trying to make ends meet with no government help and end up busted.

the cleaning company that contracted at my place of employment were saying they cannot find staff.

so no, I don't feel sorry for the girls working bars that find themselves unemployed as there is work out there that they choose to ignore.

M6 isn't school until age 12.

Of course it isn't and I didn't say it was. It's the twelfth year of school, not twelfth year of age.

Anyway, as you yourself say, they're asking for college these days, so many bar girls are not qualified to work 7/11 even if they wanted to, which of course they don't.

Not sure if you are aware but there has already been some big shutdowns of bars doing streaming in soi 6, NW group etc.

They'll just streaming somewhere else, hopefully.
