Grab no longer affected by taxi mafia price fixing?

Last year when I was in Phuket, it was a 400 thb minimum to take Grab 1 block.  But today I took a Grab car from Phuket Town to Patong for a very reasonable 125 thb.  Is this the new normal?

 

Btw to get the lower price I needed to select "Just Grab".  Grab Car and Grab Taxi were over 300 thb, but still much better than before.

That would make Phuket a much more livable place. The lack of reasonable taxi prices has always been a stickler for me as I'm not much of a motorbike rider.
