BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand's economy faces significant downside risks and could perform below baseline forecasts, the central bank said on Monday, as the tourism-reliant nation deals with a recent jump in coronavirus infections.

Bangkok’s Makkasan police are in the process of summoning four groups of people for questioning over the holding of the “Miss Grand Samut Sakhon 2021” pageant, at Mirinn Theatre RCA in Huai Khwang district, on June 26th and 27th, for allegedly breaching of terms under which the event was to be held.
