And how much will it cost per dose?

This is the group, Thonburi Health, who were selling Moderna at about THB3,400 for two doses,

And this is the doctor who is being sued for defamation.

EU price for Pfizer is 12€/ dose. Thats only vaccine price. How much they pay for it who knows when they pay so much from Chinese urine. So  one dose vaccine it self cost 460 bth. Az price is about 70 bth so huge difference.

Here's a model of the true infections in Thailand, if you take the mean average then it indicates over 26,000 thousand a day although the data is up till the end of June only so now would be even more

  • I wonder how crematoriums can overrun with only 90 extra deaths a day. Unless of course its a lot more that we don't hear about.

There will be a section of society prepared to pay a premium cost. If they told me I can have sinovac for free, or an mRNA for 10k baht, I know which I would choose. There comes a point where it can be a silly price and I wouldn’t pay, but versus my health?

A datapoint: I had to go to a hospital in Pattaya tonight, some lady hit her head outside my condo and needed stitches. So off to the ER we went.

The place was dead. No lines, no evidence of ambulances bringing in Covid patients.

*Misquote removed*

I’ve been posting that expats should leave ASAP. Given the chance, thousands of Thais would leave (as they made their wishes known months ago).

The situation is not going to improve until their is a ‘political shift’. It is going to take a lot more than honking car horns to remove these clowns from office.

Certainly, most expats here are not likely to get a decent vaccine this year in Thailand.

Thailand’s Ministry of Labor addresses an alleged cancellation order of Covid-19 tests for foreign migrant workers

Bangkok –

The Thai Ministry of Labor today, July 14th, explained their reasons for the alleged cancellation of Covid-19 tests for foreign migrant groups, following backlash flooding Thai social media since early this morning.

This followed the Foreign Workers Administration of the Department of Employment, under the Ministry of Labor, yesterday, July 13th, allegedly canceling health screening and Covid-19 tests for all foreign migrant workers in the highest and strictly controlled areas, claiming that hospitals in the areas could no longer facilitate infected patients.

From that report the officials might as well just say" Okay, it's all gone t**"s up, out of control and health system is collapsing, sorry but it's everyman for himself now".
