I knew this but the other guy seemed to have a problem believing it. He seemed to think a Thai would have to own 51%.

And the sole owner (you know who) of said company (Siam Bioscience) which gained exclusive rights to produce AstraZeneca's COVID-19 vaccine in Thailand under a contract signed with the British drugmaker in November.

That's altogether a different matter. SBS and AZ are 2 completely separate companies.
