Recently transferred stamps from my old passport to my new one. Went to Imm at 1:00PM; uncrowded; screener in the tent on the left wouldn't accept my downloaded transfer form, obtained on this forum; so I had to fill out in long hand their form, which doesn't differ from the downloaded form, except for the "TO" address. Anyway, copy of their form included below. Also, they wanted a copy of EVERY stamp in my old passport -- so, off to the copy center at the back (fortunately, uncrowded). Twenty minute wait inside, waiting for stamp transfer. Parking, as usual, requiring using the facilities across the highway.

 

 

I'm not sure I understand. I got a new passport a few weeks before I needed my extension renewed and went with both old and new to Immigration on the day. No problem at all and no form filling and no fotocopies.
