How make Line video/audio call from phone to PC?

I have Line installed on my laptop. I can make video and audio calls to people on their mobile phones. However, while they can text me, they cannot make video or audio calls to my laptop. Each time it says I don't have the updated version of Line, even thought I have updated it.

Does anyone know why this is, and how to fix?

Why not contact LINE support. They are probably the best ones to ask. Or go into Settings > Help Center > Send an enquiry on your phone app.

I am confused by this as they are trying to contact you. Do you mean it says this on their phones? 

What OS and version are you on? (Apple/Windows and which?)

Do you also have Line installed on a phone?

 

Edit to ask have they ever been able to call you?

Get a tablet - wife uses it all the time and can still receive calls on her phone at the same time.

 

ETA: LINE is a phone app and doesn't work and play well with PCs/Laptops but a tablet is built to act like both phone and computer
