Shopping malls and restaurants in Hua Hin are allowed to reopen from today (Sept 1) in accordance with the Thai governments easing of COVID-19 restrictions. The provincial Communicable Disease Committee (CDC) on Tuesday (Aug 31) confirmed the resumption of businesses and other activities which had previously been prohibited, such as dining out and the opening of businesses deemed to be non-essential. Crucially, there is no requirements for either staff or customers to be fully vaccinated or have passed a COVID-19 test. Just as well as the vast majority of the population haven't had one yet... which of course would include staff.
