Whilst waiting for our home to be built in Petchabun we rented a 2 bedroom house with air con in both bedrooms for 2500 a month. But it had definitely seen better days. But hey, for 3 months no problem.

I rent for 12000 a month 4 bedroom /3 bath/european kitchen,ac throughout   big garden   modern, nice area  not miles from anywhere,  less than the council tax bill would be back in uk    friend rents at 5000 a month,not a bad place  ,3 bed house  townhouse...love renting,money still in bank uk  but that needs getting rid of due to declining years left
