They said they had paid a gang 10,000 baht each to be moved from Bangkok over the border to work in an online casino, reported Naew Na

Arrested on overstay of 526 days was Lim and Eung, 17, and Ms. Joh, 39, were charged with illegal entry.

Investigations continue to get to the people behind their movement.

Why is it important where they were going, or why they were going?

As if going to work in another country was a crime.

Would be quite a change and a bit of progress if immigration would start doing some real work.

Making sure infected Burmese and Malaysians do not sneak into country seems far more important than arresting people for trying to leave!

But that requires real enforcement. And arrest of corrupt officials. God forbid.
