You have a extension of stay (visas are not extended).

1. You can apply for the extension up to 30 days early for 45 days at some offices.

2. What is the reason for your extension of stay?

In the OP you wrote you non immigrant A visa which does not exist. Did you forget the O before the A and you used a Non-OA visa for entry to the country?

I assume what is expiring is your current permission to stay, not a visa. Also, there is no such visa that I know of that is referred to as a Non Immigrant A. I am guessing that you may have entered Thailand using a Non O-A visa, thus receiving a one-year permission to stay that expires December 28 this year. My answers would be completely different if my assumptions above are incorrect.

  1. You can apply for an extension of your permission to stay up to 30 days before expiry of your current permission to stay (45 days at some offices).
  2. The form used for all extensions of stay is the TM7 form.
Extending on the basis of retirement, you need to provide financial proof which can be
    * 800k baht in a Thai bank account for two months as of the date you apply; or
    * proof of income of 65k baht per month. How you provide the proof of income depends on your nationality. If you are lucky, you can just get a letter from your embassy confirming that you meet the income requirement. If not, you need to provide the proof in the form of monthly transfers into your Thai bank account, and immigration offices vary in the documentation they require.
You need to show Thai health insurance of 400k inpatient and 40k outpatient
Some offices may require that you provide a map to your residence.
There are liable to be one or two other forms that you simply need to sign, if requested.,

In addition to the above, unless resident in a hotel, you will almost certainly need to provide proof that the TM30 notification (alien staying in the property) has been done. You may need to show your rental agreement, or proof of ownership if staying in your own condo.

I'm still not completely sure what your asking.

You will need to apply for new extension (12 months permission of stay)

You can apply apply for that up to 45 days prior to expiry of current permission of stay at CM immigration.

Obviously that has financial requirements along with insurance.

Think Tim and ubonjoe outlined those above.
