Where in Pattaya area can I get a covid vaccine passport after been double vaccinated?

Haven't seen it in Pattaya.

To apply for the yellow vaccination passport in my province you need to provide your passport, your double vaccination certificate and pay 50 Baht.

Pattayarak does not accept walk-ins. To make an appointment on LINE, add Pattayarak with Thai phone number 0649089246.

Quick update, Pattayrak now accept walkins (won't take a booking) but if you're not registered on Mor Prom then it's probably a waste of time going there, or at least it was for me today where I was told I needed to go back to the hospital in Sri Racha who did my vaccinations to get them to update my records ????
