Flash floods have disrupted pig production, resulting in higher operating costs with farmers bearing more burden, a pig farmer told Thai Enquirer on Tuesday.

“Flash flood hit my farm on the night of October 12, the pigs were left stranded in a stall as they couldn’t be moved off in time. Some died and several have escaped,” Wallop Ura, a pig farmer told Thai Enquirer.
