Very large gray area versus being vaccinated and needing a booster. Also probably why the Government here is now requiring those who had covid prior to get a vaccination, well possibly.

I passed this onto my fiend who is headed to MedPark now so he had something to read.  Headed to MOPH now and will report back later on the International Certificate trip.
