Last month i did extend my visa for 12 months, this time it was quit strange instead of asking proof of income or even money in the bank, they asked me mariage proof, some pics from house etc and workpermit copies and tax payments...

Today i got  1 year stamp, i wonder if something changed as before is was either 400k or income each month?!

And NO tea money has been paid total 1900 thb

exactly the same status as you and same documents were submitted but required to include bank statement and copies of latest bank entries. I am curious which immigration office that you went. Did mine in June and in CW.

Well that it was I was wondering, they said NO bank statements are needed, maybe as ubonjoe said the tax payment slips were enough?

Are they asking for COVID-19 or Health Insurance in order to renew a 1 year marriage visa extension? or is it the same document request as usual 'pictures of the house, bank books, marigane cert. etc.?

No insurance is required for a extension of stay based upon marriage.

No health insurance required when I did mine last month.

I did have to provide my yearly pension statement and P60 (UK tax certificate) in addition to my bank statements and Wise receipts as further evidence the income was from outside Thailand, which was accepted.

Seams to be the same when the extension is for work, But however there seams to be requirement to have an insurance cover 50K USD if I leave the country for work and want to come back. My insurance I always have used "only" covers about 35K USD, Must I upgrade my insurance if I want to travel to US for work?

Yes you would need the $50,000 insurance to enter the country.
