Is Conversions Out The Window Now???

I have a friend who have been "following" the writings from an american lawyer living in Bangkok I thnk!! This american writes and claims that the conversions that many use to do is now put to an end by the immigration here in Thailand.

 

I am thinking in terms of arriving to Thailand from i.e. EU on tourist-VISA or excempt and wish to convert to a non imm O followed by an extension of stay based on either retirement or marriage to a thai national....

 

Is this not possible anymore, or is this just some fake news???

If you mean the bigger guy with blonde hair who also makes YouTube videos: He often gives wrong information.

False info. Nothing mentioned by immigration websites or their Facebook pages.

List of visa non immigrant visa applications is still on there site.

we seem to have a so called lawyer throwing out fake info on his YT channel to earn pennies, his business must be thriving lol

 

sounds like desperation - we have seen a couple posted on here which IMO should be removed
