I know as stated in the title is a long shot, but hopefully some well travelled and rehearsed members may know where this repair shop is.
I do have reasons for asking, however they aren't relevant.

 

All I have been able to identify so far is that it is situated in a multistory parking garage.

Bike service set up by couple of guys renting from a multi car park company. 

 

Honda Garage or training center in Bangkok (all cars Honda, wearing Honda poloshirts etc).
