I am stuck with a Thailand Elite Visa so my understanding is I need to buy a full year of Covid19 insurance to meet the COE requirements.  The cheapest policy I can find is around 23,000 baht.

I only plan to stay 45 days in Thailand.  Does anyone know if the insurance companies give an refund of the partial premiums if I cancel the policy early?

Any help is appreciated.  I have no idea how insurance in Thailand works and have never purchased it before.

Then you simply write this in the Thailand Pass application and you will only need 45 days of insurance.
