New TV reported on a press conference held at the Pranburi police station in Prachuap Khiri Khan following the arrest on warrants of two seventeen year old youths.

"A and B" were named in warrants issued by the Youth and Family court for premeditated murder and weapons offences.

On Tuesday a man called Suphasin and others were riding home on three motorcycles after having eaten at a seaside restaurant in Pak Nam Pran.

Several men in a white car chased them after some upset had occurred at the restaurant.

Suphasin lost control of his motorcycle at a bend after fleeing the car and was then shot.

I should hope they will not be tried as minors, but as adults, and for pre-meditated murder. When you chase someone and that person falls down and then you shoot him when he is on the ground, that is first-degree murder, there can be no two ways about it.
Just hope they are not the sons of hi-so’s or police chiefs or something like that, because then they will surely walk, without so much as a slap on the wrist.

You are exactly right. They should be executed. There is no rehabilitation for filth like this.
