Covid in between AZ vaccine...so equivalent of 3 jabs?

Around May had Ist AZ jab...4 months later got Covid and hence natural immunity,,,then more than 4 months later had 2nd AZ jab,,,does this mean I already have similar to 3 jabs or 2 jabs and a booster....?

Or what is my situation?
