Laos Confirms 1,341 New Covid-19 Cases, with Four Deaths

Today, Laos has 1,341 Covid-19 cases across the country, with four new deaths.

 

Over the last 24 hours, 4,844 tests were conducted across the country, with 1,341 new cases confirmed, according to the National Taskforce for Covid-19 Prevention and Control.

 

Across the country, there were 1,340 cases of community spread and one imported case.

There are currently 11,833 active Covid-19 infections in Laos, with 288 confirmed deaths and 101,833 total cases.

 

In the meantime, 520 patients were released from hospitals around the country yesterday.

 

Rate of Vaccination

 

Vaccinations for the first dose have now reached 60.19 percent of the population, while vaccinations for the second dose have reached 46.02 percent.
