Singapore I think is really the only country you have to worry about them not having a sense of humor about something like this. But I assume they would only ever test somebody if they really appeared like they were malfunctioning.
The issue with THC is that it stays in the blood for at least 30 days. So in other countries where it's also illegal, if they were to test you and find it in your blood, it could've been something you consumed a month ago. I don't think most other countries would ever prosecute someone for THC in the blood, as long as you don't have anything on your person that you shouldn't. Just don't fly with this guy and you should be fine:
