Popular Post webfact
Picture: Thai Rath Police at Kannayao police station in Bangkok said they found no evidence of gambling at a temple fair next to their station. Pol Col Naren Khreuangsanuk said his men had been patrolling the Wat Khu Bon fair regularly and found nothing untoward going on, reported Thai Rath. The temple is at the center of a big story in the Thai press after a call center owning woman - who chases other people's debts - lost nearly 300,000 baht after she said she was pressured by a gang into taking part in a gambling game at the fair. Sirilak Charoenkitcharoen, 41, said she was on her way home and decided to drop in at the fair. After she passed the " darts and balloons" stalls she said she saw a table set up and a lot of people surrounding it that gained her interest. In no time she said she was surrounded by burly gentlemen and found herself being urged to gamble on a coin tossing game called "38". She claimed she was unable to get away. A coin with 3 on one side and 8 on the over is tossed under cover and people are urged to predict what number is showing. She said she lost 6,000 baht at first then said she had no more cash. No worries, said the people there, she could transfer it to their account. Picture: Thai Rath In the next ten spins she didn't win once and progressively lost more and more from 10,000 baht to 30,000 and 50,000 finally parting with 100,000 baht and losing nearly 300K in total. Legitimate stallholders at the fair said they had been forced to pack up shop because of the bad press. Only food sellers were left. The group responsible for the gambling game move around from place to place. Police promised to investigate any wrongdoing and prosecute as necessary. A Pheu Thai MP's aide has got involved starting a campaign called "Save Sai Mai" after the area where the incident occurred. Popular Post grain
Sounds real to me. I've seen a bit of what these Thai mafia thugs can get up to. Cops say "no evidence" but they more than likely are getting a slice of the pie. 15

Popular Post Aussieroaming
I wonder if the burly guy who convinced her to play 38 was wearing a skin tight brown outfit. In reality though she played, she gambled and she lost and then lost and then lost etc. What was than Kenny Rogers song, something like gotta know when to hold them and gotta know when to fold them. 6

Although, statistically, a single flip would result in a 50/50 chance of one side or the other coming up (not strictly true as coins will occasionally land on their edge), the laws of probability do not guarantee that a limited series of flips will result in anything like a 50/50 distribution. Your statement that "the game was clearly fixed" can only be inferred and should not be taken as a statement of fact. I'm only joshing because it is you, Liverpool Lou, by the way. 2
