I don't know how to use Wordpress

Is there other software I can use to just download the whole site?

Ir is it easy to install this Updraft app? I don't want to mess things up

Updraft will back up and you can schedule to do it monthly or other regular time. It will also email you to confirm its been done.

Yes, install with a few clicks. Plenty of "how to" on youtube.

Is it hosted on wordpress.com or at some hosting provider? Hosting providers usually give clients a control panel to manage their websites, and one of the functions of those panels is to make a "full backup" - including all files, website scripts and databases.

Yes it´s super easy. After you just connect you google account and it saves the website on your sky drive. Only a couple of clicks and all done.
