Featured Replies

Does anyone know if a list (online links pls) exists for upcoming court appearances - long story short I wish to know if Person A is in fact suing Person B or if its just loud mouth rantings

Not sure.

But if you phone the Court list office surely they will tell you?

Thailand's government is 10 to 15 years behind the "west" in terms of going online.

but is it really?

Sandbox opened 10-15 months "ahead" of the west

Ask A or B, whichever would be the defendent in law suit.

Once a complaint is filed and accepted by the court, the Plaintiff MUST request the court to issue a summons to the Defendent.

Actual court date may take a very, very long time to set. So the lack of any scheduled court appearance does not mean there is no complaint.

Yeah, but its like us white guys running, we may get a good start but the black guy overtakes us and leaves us dragging our heels. Thailand is now dragging behind nearly every national runner on the planet, apart from the Chinese athlete who never turned up

You can access court case outcomes, otherwise you can have a lawyer scan the system when there (court house) - from exp - sued multiple people criminal and civil.

I will assume that the answer to my post is NO - mods pls feel free to close, I suspect the experts that no longer have interest in infectious disease are busy with global politics or the potential hostile take over of twitter.
