Now you're making my brain hurt. IF you were not a tax resident of Thailand during tax year 2024, then you didn't need a TIN and you didn't need to file at all. What office was that? OK, so you probably meant a non resident of your home country. I don't think that changes the DTA rules on pension exemptions. -
