So how do you save videos from face book and send it to non face book members. I know I can safe them but how do I send them to non facebook members ?

Countless different options.

A very basic method for occasional transfer of large files is WeTransfer (and similar).

It doesn't require more from the recipient than having an email address and being able to download from a link in the mail.

WeTransfer as the name implies is for transfer only, not for permanent/cloud storage.

Countless other methods:

do you have any "cloud" storage (Google drive, Dropbox, MEGA...).

I use MEGA to be safe from any copyright sniffing etc.

BTW: much of the Facebook content can be viewed without having an FB account/being logged on.

This is a typical link to an FB post with a video and should be viewable without problems?
