i have lost over 3/4 of my Netflix programing as of 12:00 pm. 5/19/22.

my favorites are down to 8 programs from close to 40.

continue to watch programs are gone and not available in search!!!

the programs that are gone, that i remember are not even available in search it says "NO TITLES AVAILABLE IN SEARCH"!!!

used chat and they have no idea of what i am saying. they said the titles were available. the chat line is USELESS.

my account is up to date!!!

i tried resetting Roku and resetting Netflix, but nothing helped.

i checked my Netflix in my bedroom and the same issue.

any body have an ideas.

I get different titles according to what country my VPN is set at. Thailand allows me to watch 'Better Call Saul, season 6' ;  USA VPN doesn't allow 'Better Call Saul Season Six'

Can you share any background?

Are you in thailand?

You opened your account in thailand? Elsewhere?

Are you sharing, with a log-in from the account holder an account?

You have broadband internet access?

How are you accessing Netflix?

Can you try Netflix on your phone and report back? Try BOTH WiFi and Mobile Data (4G).

Can you provide five (5) show titles, which you were previously able to access but now cannot, so we can check to see if we can access them with Netflix THL or via a VPN?

Note that Netflix drops old movies and shows as of the first of a month, and adds new movies/shows on the same date.

This is a licensing thing, as is the BCS S06 thing IAMHERE highlights.

I had a similar problem not too long ago.

Your problem was that you could access Netflix, but had limited choices compared to before?

Your post had me worryingly checking out my Netflix and mine seems to be all as it should be. For info purposes, the subscription is with Netflix UK, I'm in Thailand and I'm not using a VPN with it.

When you scroll down to Top Ten Movies Trending in____________. What does it say? What is the top movie right now?

Without a VPN you should be able to stream the thai catalog. And not the U.K. catalog. With a VPN, and a non-blacklisted U.K. IP you could stream the U.K. catalog.

I'd log off all devices

How to log out of Netflix from all devices at once using a computer
Log into Netflix on your preferred browser.
In the dropdown menu on the far right side of the screen, select the "Account" option.
Under "Settings," select "Sign out of all devices."

Change your password, then log back in. Share your new PW judiciously.

No noticeable change in my Netflix account.

Thai subscription, no VPN

FWIW when you change physical locations things will change unless you are using a non blacklisted VPN

Do you mean within a single country? Or another country?

To a different Netflix region, usually a different country, but some Netflix regions span more than 1 country.

i am in Thailand and have had Netflix since 2016

i am the account holder.

i have broadband fiber cable.

i use a Roku to access. i have 3 tv's in my unit with netflix and they all have the same problem.

on the Netflix WEB Page, my list i have 41 movies listed.

i only get 8 programs.

i use my list as it is the easiest to explain the issue.

all the other sub-titles, watch again, continue watching have the same issue, but it is too long to list all of them.

roughly 3/4 on available programing is gone from netflix.

Hi. Yes.  Exactly the same problem as described

I think it's something simple, but maybe best if you contact Netflix THL and open a support ticket.
