Rawai, Phuket – Two bar operators were arrested for allegedly breaking Phuket orders and Covid-19 measurements.

A team of officials in Rawai along with the Chalong Police inspected bars in Rawai last night (June 14th).

Rawai officials reported at 11:20 P.M. they have arrested Ms. Nichajorn, 51 from Nonthaburi for not following Phuket orders and Covid- 19 measurements. However officials have not released more details, other than saying that Nichajorn allegedly was violating Covid-19 related rules.

Oh for goodness sake! Leave the poor, struggling, bar-stewards alone!

Perhaps, measures? They change so often that I don't find it surprising.

Anyway, ending up in prison seems quite harsh. Surely if the same officers cared to position their backside on some roads between Chalong, Rawai, and Nai Harn and enforce traffic regulations they would be much more useful.
