Seems like this forum has been dead since 2021 so let's breathe some life into it!

 

Planning to make my first trip ever to Krabi in July. What's the scoop now for reasonable guesthouses(20-40 buck range)

and restaurants.  Decent place for steak? Good deals available.

    Plenty of bungalows around to rent on a monthly basis - I have rented one for 5,000 baht per month & another one for 7,000 baht per month - I am paying 15,000 baht per month for my current place, with a private swimming pool.

     Whats a HORTEL. One which employs HORS.
