Six minors in Thailand suffer undesirable symptoms after consuming cannabis

A 3-year-old girl was among six minors who developed undesirable effects between June 21st and 26th after knowingly or unknowingly consuming cannabis or food containing cannabis, according to the Royal College of Paediatricians of Thailand and the Paediatrics Society of Thailand.

Thai people rushing to travel again

There is a drastic increase in consumer intention to travel. Overall, 69% of Thais intend to travel from June to September, which represents a 25 points increase compared to 2021 and even higher levels than in 2019.

77kaoded reported that a female factory worker parked her car on Suksawat Road in Phrapadaeng, Samut Prakan, before a man was caught on CCTV crossing the road and smashing the windshield with what looked like a lump of the kerb.

Land appraisal prices in Thailand to be raised in 2023

After a 12-month delay, the Thai Treasury Department will put into force a new national land appraisal price list for 2023-2026 on January 1st 2023. It will see the appraisal price for land in Bangkok rise by about 3% and in other provinces by an average of 8%.
