Many old condos just get run down as they can't raise the money 

Many new ones too.   Blight will bring this pack of cards down,couple know of  are struggling

Maybe it's time to change the stupidest thing and let ANYONE to buy any condos! Now most of Thai-only are undeveloped and empty.

It's idiotic to keep up to 51% empty in every condo building.

 

Most Thai people don't like to live in a small box in hi rise building. Why to "protect" them from farang invasion?
