Thai Rath reported that following many challenges the contestants for the Miss Universe Thailand 2022 beauty pageant were now down to the final 30. 

 

It was "Preview Day" on the seventh floor of Icon Siam in Thonburi, western Bangkok, where the stunning Thai ladies in pink outfits appeared on the escalators.

 

And answered questions confidently on the topic of "New Beginnings".

Never heard "Miss Universe Thailand" referred to as MUT, let alone MUT22.... I know the term mutt aka some stray dog, but clearly does not apply here. Is it that hard to use full name Miss Universe Thailand rather than MUT?

Last year it was some fat aussie-thai luk-kruang, previous canadian citizen with bulging eyes. I wonder who will be this year?
