My wife is Thai if I enter Thailand on a 30 day exempt visa because I am married to a Thai can I get my visa extended by 60 days?

my local immigration office would be Sakon Nakon

thank you

You can apply for a 60 day extension of stay (visas are not expended)  to visit your wife.

Some offices may want you to apply for the standard 30 day extension before you apply for it.

Can a married person enter on 30-day visa exempt, then apply for 30-day extension...and then apply for 60-day extension? Thus getting 120 days?

Likewise, I sort of assumed it was about coming from a black listed country, if there are any

I agree, but he is not the first person to use the username as a thread title.

How does that explain the title of the thread?

There aren't.

The only Blackcountry I know is an industrial area centred on Wolverhampton and Dudley, in the uk.  birthplace of iron and steel making.   Those born and bred here are fiercely patriotic to their heritage.

lesson over.

As I recall, it is also the name of a rock group. You are probably correct that the username is a nod to his place of birth. However, that is far from certain.
