Until now I have done Wise transfers from PC to Thailand and they take 5 seconds to KBank from money in Wise account to showing in the KBank, but I have only tried on regular work days and sometimes at 9pm Thai time without issue.

 

Q. Does this work 24/7 or are there certain cut off times to be aware of when transfers can be delayed - if the money is already in Wise account waiting to be sent?

I transfer monies to KBank and Krungsri taking seconds at any time of the day regardless of whether it is a bank holiday in the UK or Thailand.

 

To answer your question, Wise is 24 hrs a day, every day.

Wise takes some time, usually a minimum of six hours to transfer AUD into my Thai account.  It has been 3 days on one occasion.  They have to buy the Thai baht on the open market.  Currencies like GBP and USD they get a lot of requests for transfer so they can buy a lot of baht in advance.  Hence the seemingly instant transfer.

 

I can confirm Wise operates 24 hours a day all year around, although they can be particularly slow on Australian public holidays.

The value of the transaction and the reason for the transfer may cause Wise to use a different process which takes longer, so although they're still working 24/7 not all transfers are executed immediately.

The answer is it should be seconds but maybe take longer weekends and bank holidays, try and see. No cut off issue with your situation
