Top secret, cannot talk about it .

So secret that it cannot be stated why its so secret, that's how secret it is

Is it strange that people cannot put information about top secret files in the media. I think not if it was that easy then the documents were not important and Trump could have kept the files.

Just wait and see and hope this sticks and he will be disqualified to be president. Then the US might finally move forward instead of backwards.

Empty folders!

Pieces of cardboard

It seems they got nothing

If all they found were empty folders you might have a point. But it wasn't, was it?

Not even then until we find out what happened to the contents.

Highly abusive and defamatory comment there against the most beautiful and classy first lady we ever had. Seeing such terrible false comments made against Melania makes me think this latest witch hunt against President Trump is falling apart at the seems causing such lashing out by the disappointed.

The Daily Mail is a RIGHT WING publication in the UK. Seems odd they would smear their kissin cousins in the US.

I'm guessing she was on the game, but fortunately for her, before smart phones, so all that's left are rumours, and of course, the rich pricks she was entertaining aren't going to squeal and bring shame or worse on themselves.

Thus the Daily Fail only had strong rumours and no concrete proof.

Sue me!????

So, arrest him then, but be prepared for the consequences of doing so.

Something like this?

National Archives did warn Trump and the Whitehouse about this back in 2017

National Archives warned Trump White House to preserve documents

National Archives officials have periodically warned White House lawyers that the Trump administration needs to follow document preservation laws, according to people familiar with the conversations and emails reviewed by POLITICO.

The White House legally must preserve all presidential records, which are given to the National Archives after the president leaves office and are used for historical records. The documents that must be preserved include written memos, emails, speeches, record logs and more.

They must have had a heads up.

This is what I don't get, as a horny young lefty, I was cool with Clinton and Monica, but I was not cool when he lied about it.

I wanted him impeached for lying, not <deleted>!

Likewise, I don't see Hillary as an Angel either. I think she was the wrong pick to begin with to run against Trump!

So what is wrong with these people, that they can't turn away, after everything that's happened? The Cheetos own daughter (his favourite child) has said on the Congressional record that she doesn't believe the Election was stolen!

What's going on in their heads, that they put this corrupt ex POTUS before the nation they claim to be willing to die for?

7 (seven) years Starr took to investigate Clinton and found nothing on the original complaint and had to settle for forcing Clinton to lie about a personal affair in order to protect his marriage which had nothing to do with anybody but wowsers didn't agree.  If anybody thinks that was some kind of national security threat then they need to take a cold shower.

So sad that they choose to ignore the evidence discovered and instead resort to threatening acts of violence as their only defense.

It's not a defense, it's an attack. Nothing less than a call to arms. The Republican politicians know they've blown the democratic vote.

Pretty funny how all you all go on about Trump. So many posts sound like little old ladies gossiping especially about his wife.

He is the subject of the criminal investigation that this tread is discussing.

Or did you miss that?

The 43 empty TS/SCI and HCS folders are only part of what they got.

The retrieved actual TS/SCI documents, which the bloated one had zero right to have. That in and of itself is a crime, and ANYONE else caught with that stuff would be cuffed, perpwalked and jailed, because the mere presence is proof of guilt.

Perhaps you think he is so dumb he packed empty classified doc folders to take back? Never are such folders lying around, neither empty or with docs inside, so packing them is purposeful, not inadvertent.

He also lied about returning everything, when in the search the FBI found docs in his office desk. That, too, is proof of guilt. A first year law student working as a prosecutor could get a conviction on that.

Funny what constitutes 'classy' in magaland. Could the bar be set any lower? Ma Barker had more class.

She did softcore porn, some of it lesbian. Classy for a FLOTUS?

On the way to ostensibly comfort people who suffered a disaster, she wore a jacket that said "I don't care, do you?"  Classy? How about tone deaf.

She is the farthest thing from classy.

I think it is more or less just an empty threat, how many of those over weight maga weekend warriors are actually capable and willing of waging war

against the government?

No amount of talking or providing evidence is going to change the mind of these so called patriots.

If you just watch some videos on Youtube by some of these people, the level of intelligence just makes me cringe.

If the magats riot, let me quote 45 himself and ask, "Can't we just shoot them in the legs?"

Frankly, they should have napalmed the insurrectionists and terrorists on 6 January.

Re their intellect, you won't find many of 45's cult to the right of the mean on the IQ Bell Curve.

Its been reported. The documents with govt markings were declassified according  to kash patel trumps former aid and now one of his reps to the national archives!
“The bottom line was he said this information has to get out to the American public,” Mr. Patel said in an interview Wednesday. Mr. Patel said he didn’t know what was in the boxes the Federal Bureau of Investigation seized earlier this month but believed prosecutors would have a hard time proving that the documents weren’t covered by Mr. Trump’s declassification orders.

As a president when he was president he can decide what is personal , not others, according to a 2012 ruling.

Heres a quote from a expert,  former law clerk to the SCOUS

“Even if Trump took classified records, that isn't a crime. The president has the inherent constitutional power to declassify any record he wants, in any manner he wants, regardless of any otherwise-pertinent statute or regulation that applies to everyone else. The president does not need to obtain Congress' or a bureaucrat's permission—or jump through their regulatory or statutory hoops—to declassify anything”.
https://www.newsweek.com/garland-wray-must-impeached-unconscionable-trump-raid-opinion-1733523

I see the lefts ridiculous narrative that he stole documents another in the long line of manufactured spins.

Lets get this right. If he took a table napkin with ketchup on it that would be a crime.

I sincerely hope the Lordy tapes are in there, and the Zelensky tape but I fear they have been destroyed.
