No. They only need one piece of evidence to convict him. Are you claiming they would give him a longer sentence based on the number of documents? Any conviction would render him unable to stand for office in 2024.

The longer the delay, the more suspicion will arise that it's a political witch hunt, timed for the elections.

 

Personally, I think they have been alarmed at the reaction and don't know how to proceed without enraging a significant portion of the voting population.

Be ironic if this, IMO, farce gets him elected again.

Yes he should be ashamed of himself for doing every thing he could come up with to try and overthrow the certification of the duly elected president via illegal riots and fake electors after all of his LEGAL challenges were dismissed by the COURTS.  Yes he should be ashamed to keep beating that same old dead STOLEN ELECTION <deleted> without presenting an ounce of proof of any significant fraud two years later.  Yes he should be ashamed to promise apologies and pardons to rioters who beat cops and threatened to hang his own vice president in an attempted coup. ...and more importantly his supporters should be ashamed of the attempts to justify such illegal and unlawful behavior.

And Trumps speech in PA yesterday merely illustrated the 'problem' more than any words or images in Biden's speech..

 

I'm actually feeling a bit of sympathy for him, and his supporters. They've lost their souls, but I'm confident most will wake up and realize a civil war is not the answer.
